Content AI Rebilling Warning Pop Up (that we can enable on the agency side)

Too many people are clicking on "Content AI" not knowing that they will be rebilled for it. Then getting a $10 charge not knowing why. Even if you tell them on the account setup up welcome page and videos that it's an additional cost / they will be billed additional money for using it. We all know people forget and need to be reminded multiple times.
This is why we as the agency need to have the option to toggle on a warning to pop up when people click the "Content AI" button, which will warn people that their card will be charged for the usage of this feature.
