When sending contacts out of HL, it would be incredibly beneficial to not only include the fields but also the notes. Right now the only alternative is to create a custom field called "notes".

And not just export them manually, but to also include an action item & trigger in side of Automations to be able to bulk export all notes for clients. This would be very helpful if we use chatbots for webinars and then export the conversation to the notes section of Contacts. With bulk exporting, we could review the comments with timestamps to see where people had questions so that we could refine the webinar presentations.

Almost 2 years later and this is still under review, seriously? This is a crucial feature and it is ridiculous that HighLevel has still failed to add this. This is a MAJOR selling point for other CRM systems.

The new update of the notes is very practical but you should be able, when you do an export, to have access to all the notes and not only the last one and that the number of characters is not limited. When my customers compare with other CRMs they often blame me for it. Likewise, the display of notes does not remain the default when sorting columns in smart lists.

When exporting and importing contacts to another sub-account, notes are not carried over. These notes often contain important intake information or historical context. It would be helpful to have a built-in option to include notes during the contact export/import process or a feature to copy contact notes between sub-accounts. This would save time and prevent data loss during migrations.

I actually found a WORKAROUND. In the Smartlist enable the Last Note Column and then export.
