Contact Cleanup based on Email/SMS Activity from user

Ability to cleanup contacts list based on filters where we can filter out whoever hasnt opened an email, sms or any other type of communication in X amount of time:
Example: Filter users by: Activity by Contact ( any).
Current filter works on ANY activity, regardless if it was outbound from the business.
Really need a way to clean contacts based on their activity. We keep sending emails and SMS to contacts that are not interested or are very old.

Use Broadcast Data For Scrubbing
G
Guy Ferdman
Currently there is no easy way to scrub the lists. One of the best ways to do this is to use the analytics/engagement data from emails to see who is engaging with newsletters or outbound content. It would be nice to be able to take that data of users and easily put them into a customized list so you can remove, merge, or update contants.
This same feature would be great for automations, to click on the list of users inside that list and then be able to easily move or see them as a customized list inside of contacts where you can remove, merge, or update those contacts.
Currently we can only perform some of these functions via filtering and this doesn't always let you customize the list as needed.

Add Disengagement to Engagement Scores

In the engagement scoring section, we can add points if an email is opened or clicked which is great. However, a MUCH greater option would be to track disengagement. Meaning, if you are sending emails regularly, you want to clean your list from people who aren't opening or clicking the emails because those affect deliverability.
I would love to see scoring or reporting on people who have been sent emails, but haven't opened or clicked in the last 30/60/90 days. That would make it much simpler to be able to either create an automation that would remove disengaged subscribers to help email deliverability or simply be able to filter them and do a bulk delete.
Some form of this is necessary... deducting points if they haven't opened or clicked any emails sent from the system in the last 30/60/90 days, etc. would save loads of time in trying to clean our lists as well as positively affect the overall deliverability through the whole system.

I tag contacts as "spammers" if they don't double opt-in. I periodically manually delete them to keep the list clean of what are mostly bad emails, phone #s.

Paul Winkler: we have over 40,000 e-mails in some of our accounts. Can't do it manually
