Vaibhav Gupta working on all of this, it would also be great to be able to pull in things like private channels and select via channel for triggers, automations, etc. This would allow things like automated reminders and things within private channels for groups.

It would be incredibly helpful to automatically send private messages to members of a GoKollab community through Workflows.
This would enable:
onboarding new members with automated welcome messages,
re-engaging inactive users in a personalized way,
guiding members through a training or learning path step by step.
This feature would enhance user engagement while eliminating manual tasks, and make automation feel more human — fully aligned with GoKollab’s community-driven experience.
