planned

Needs to have an app for appointment booking. Refer to something like acuity, Booksy, or squire. Clients should be able to sign in to save their details, such as card details, and other important information.

Any updates on this functionality? Currently considering switching to another service since I am not forced to create a portal auth login and use third-party systems to gate access for a full booking experience for my clients and their clients. Most of us work with service businesses and are losing clients due to systems like Booksy, TheCut, and Squire, all now have marketing and client management integrated with their booking platform at a much lower rate than GHL.

I came here to request this feature. I have a commercial cleaning customer requesting a branded portal where their customers (property mgrs) login to schedule cleanings, review invoices, collect payment, review inspection reports, historical docs, etc. This would be a game changer for them by standardizing/ optimizing processes across their multiple locations in the Southeast US.

Any updates to this planned request with the new Services V2 release? Sending clients to a funnel via Magic link is not the best booking experience for recurring services or membership services business

I like this as well. I’ve used squire when booking a barber and basically using the experience as my guide when building my sites

yes it's really very useful for services that need their private portal, see their bill, transaction history and more.

This would be awesome, please give us an update on it.

Any news on this? Would be great to see this move forward especially for service providers who need this within a customer's portal for instance.

Something I'd like to add, ability to set WHO has access to a calendar in the client portal. Coaching programs often use calendars for 1-on-1 appointments but that should only be available to their active customers/students/subscribers. Whether we can use a tag or a custom field setting to determine dynamic visability to specific calendars or calendar groups, that would be ideal.

I didn't realize we needed this until I got my first spa client. The first thing she asked was can users see their upcoming and past appointments
