Since HL wants to cover the complete funnel (from the lead gen to the close), having the possibility to display Call Scripts during calls would be a giant step forward.
If you or your client are calling leads from HL or you're set up with a Call Center, imagine the impact of having scripts in HL. Those scripts could even be filled with the contact's custom fields. This would create personalized scripts to boost your sales team by 10x.
Sharing a snapshot? Share your scripts as well! A tab could be created under "Phone Calls" for this feature.
In an ideal world, there would be a trigger to assign a script to a user. If a user purchases X, responds to x, opts in from x form, assign x script for the next call.

Can we have call reporting work as well - calls to voicemail show as answered still and workflow reporting on IVR's doesnt pull into the Call reports....

Custom scripts. for your agency with conditional logic. Approved app in the G H L marketplace also for 2 years now . Have a look at the photo you. can see custom. scripts, but in the tabs you have options for multiple scripts. custom email, internal chat amongst the team. More importantly, you can see total calls made how many sales are made conversion percentage Not to mention being able to see calls and queue on how many leads are in your list.

I imagine we would be able to click on a button on the dialer and it would open a Lightbox with the script in it and the dialer buttons at the bottom. Here is a quick mock up I made.

Yes! This would be amazing. For clarity, your last paragraph with the example use case is really about a HL Contact, not a HL user. You might edit your text to help the dev team understand the use case better.

I wanted to build a script in the notes but when I fill custom fields later they don´t get updates in the notes. Should be already in GHL imo.
