I want to be able to export calls in bulk with their audio file. Our clients like to listed to their calls for training and tracking and it's a hassle to download each one individually. Also the audio file name is a mess when downloaded.

Being able to export or download call recordings (via webhook/API calls) or transfer call recordings to another contact record is a must. I have a home services client handling 500 calls daily, and they forward their marketing number to our LC phone to allow the Voice AI agent to handle if their call center does not. Every inbound call comes from the same number, and I have no way to distinguish which call applies to a specific contact.

It has a trigger that fires whenever a call is finished so you can do whatever you want with it.
Soon going to add this conversation export feature
