Bulk Assign Contacts in Smart Lists to Specific Users.In Contacts and Smart List I'd love the ability to select specific contacts and perform an action on those list update a field, assign to a user, add to a campaign, add to an opportunity etc. This would be similar to how we add tags in bulk.

Thanks for all the feedback we received - the central idea to be able to bulk update the owner for multiple opportunities/contacts in one go is a part of the current quarter's roadmap and we are working on the same.

Finding it hard to understand why this isn't already a feature. Was just searching how to do this for a client who wants to assign all of their current unassigned opportunities to a team member

They must enter the opportunity to update a contact field just by double clicking or clicking on an update button, the idea is not to enter the contact screen to modify something, on the contrary, edit it from the list view of the contact panel .

Pallavi Kothari yes, this would be helpful. For example, if a user leaves the company, or changes roles, the ability to easily reassign contacts would be great.

Pallavi Kothari to clarify further...if you search for a group of contacts, for example, by their company name, or by a tag. Then be able to bulk update the assigned owner via a bulk action...it would eliminate the need to make an automation to do this...saving time.
