I think it is great that you managed to integrate the new meta feature to have the WhatsApp business App integrated with your platform and have it coexist in the app and in the API. unfortunately my use case need more than one WhatsApp so I can't use it yet.
At the moment I need to integrate 2 WhatsApp Business Platform (API) that are running bots (for 2 websites) and also in parallel I need to integrate 2 WhatsApp Business App (Coexist) for me and my business partner. it would be amazing if we could use your platform to host all those WhatsApp numbers together. of course it is super necessary to have the ability to choose which number to send from and which number should be active in a certain workflow.
In my country, most of the text communication is on whatsapp so unfortunately I can't rely on SMS for those stuff and I can't wait till the I'll be able to work 100% on GHL features without relying on 3rd party solutions like UChat and WAGHL.

I have looked through the WhatsApp Business Platform documentation provided and I can't find anywhere that says the limit needs to be one

Please can we have some clarity as I was just on with support and they have said the limit is imposed by Meta but that seems at odds with other Meta Partnership companies offering multiple WABA Coexistance connections in there accounts.

Absolutely need to be able to integrate more than 1 WhatsApp number. Most other platforms allow multiple Co-existence WhatsApp number integrations.
The GHL platform is already capable of handling multiple numbers (Just not co-existence)
This is vital for different parts of a team.
Support / billing / sales etc.
It's very confusing for a customer if they have only 1 conversation with one of our numbers but they are shuffled between multiple members on our team. How does that make sense to anyone?
