Let Us Really Search Our Blogs — Add a Fully Functional, Customizable Blog Search Bar

The current blog search on GoHighLevel is clunky, unreliable, and in many cases... doesn’t work at all.
Agents, coaches, and marketers rely on content to drive traffic, leads, and engagement—but when users can’t search blog posts properly, it defeats the purpose of having a blog in the first place.
Here’s what we need:
✅ A robust, keyword-sensitive search function that actually filters blog content (not just titles).
✅ The ability to embed the search bar on any page, not just the main blog index.
✅ Clear, customizable design options to match our brand style.
✅ Real-time search results or better UX feedback when there are no matches (instead of everything disappearing).
This isn’t just a "nice-to-have" — it’s a core feature for usability and SEO. Right now, the only workaround is clunky custom code that often breaks or provides a poor user experience.
Let’s make GHL blogs powerful, not just passable.

Blog search should search content, description, keywords, and title

Right now it seems like it just searches the blog title, it should search all aspects of the blog, the title, description, keywords, and main content. Otherwise the search is far too limited.
Also, it would be great to have a search bar that is separate from anything else, so if wanted we could add it anywhere on the page, without needing to add the blog submenu.

100% Agree! Setting up first blog site. Im making the navigation work for now (much room for improvement agreed).
There seems to be no way to search the blog contents, just the title?
Also shouldn't there be some kind of search or filter system for the keywords?
Agreed on the realtime results.

Yes, it needs to include more than the title, otherweise this feature is almost useless
