It would be great if there was the ability to create custom post types, like in WordPress. This would give the websites much more flexibility. This functionality can be used to create all kind of listings, such as: events, things for sale (real estate, vehicles, etc.), business locations, portfolios, etc.

The admin (or agency) could define the fields that should be visible when creating new posts of this type/category. Then there would be a page with all the listings. An individual listing can be clicked to see the full post.
