Need this "Not In ANY Workflow" filter and the opposite filter "In ANY Workflow/campaign"

This allows so many functions to be easily know where leads fall off in communication among the sales cycle. The only way to do this right now is to manually go to a contact and see if they're not in anything. We have know way of filtering this easily or adding autmations to it.

@shaun clark said this was a great idea and team would do it but I haven't heard anything on it since January.
