3 clicks is too many for the most common use case of Creating a New Workflow from Scratch in my opinion. Can we get a Quick Create Button on the Workflows homepage?

Also remove the extra button press of select then click create workflow button.

Would be nice as a quick action, as well as to remove the weird "create from campaign" step that doesn't even exist any more.
Would be nice if they planned for the phase in /out when launching the feature.
