š Copy workflows across sub-accounts for users who are admins (but not agency admins)

Srikanth Chellaboina & : Itās honestly a bit surprising that we can easily share funnels and websites between sub-accounts, but we still canāt do the same with automations / workflows ā unless weāre agency admins.
Itās a little frustrating because:
⢠automations are central to the GHL ecosystem,
⢠they often take as much (if not more) effort to build than funnels,
⢠and many users (freelancers, ops, internal teams) manage multiple accounts without being full agency admins.
š It would feel logical and consistent to enable workflow sharing across sub-accounts as long as the user is an admin on both ends.
Thanks in advance for considering it š

It would be extremely helpful to allow users who are admins of multiple sub-accounts (but not agency-level admins) to freely share automations (Workflows, emails, forms, etc.) between the sub-accounts they manage.
ā ļø Important clarification:
⢠This request is not about agency-wide access,
⢠Itās about individual users who are admins on several sub-accounts,
⢠And who should be able to copy, move or reuse automations between their own accounts.
This would empower consultants, freelancers, or operations managers to work more efficiently across multiple client setups ā without needing full agency permissions and without having to rebuild everything manually.

Yes, this would be really powerful. The current copy action limits pasting to the same sub-account. This would need to be added to the user permissions list, due to IP considerations. As long as the pasting is limited to the same agency, I think it would be good. There are security concerns, though, because improperly done, this could be used to bypass Snapshots.
