It would be great to have a way to add "Custom Buttons" to a contact or opportunity that would automatically add them to a specific automation.
For instance: A button that says "Send Invoice", and you simply click the button and it drops them into an automation that uses custom fields and custom values to determine what invoice amount should be sent.
Same for contracts, or other administrative tasks.
Also great for quick one-click follow ups: "Send Follow Up" would send a one-off follow up SMS or email using AI to write the message, update their activity, notes, tasks, etc. for the next one.
