The system should be dynamic and interactive. For example:
Customers with an account can verbally provide their name and confirm details like their date of birth. The AI would then use this information to pull up their account data, such as payment balances or other relevant information.

Insert of more items into the AI Prompt - like "Tags" or Opportunity Status. So we can further direct the call based on the customers status (active vs. inactive, etc) and customer details.
