Arvind Jain Can't speak for Aaron, but I believe he means to add the ability for the Super Agents to Trigger Voice AI outbound calls, which would be great
For example, the lead comes in and then the super agent fires off the sms and email...AND triggers a voice AI outbound call so it adds the voice call to the follow up
