Give managed agents access to social comments

I want to be able to have managed agents read my comments and look for trends across them. Managed agents are telling me they don't currently have access to this.

Arvind Jain I had to ask for it like 5 different ways but it finally gave me my outbound comments but not inbound. What I'm trying to do is mine my comments for content ideas. Can you pleaseeeee enable that too?
