It would be very useful to have a sales call analysis tool using GHL's own AI agent. I contacted support and they said it was a good idea to request this here. I think that having this function would eliminate the need for any external tools to get feedback from my salespeople when they communicate with leads via WhatsApp and phone calls. If I could understand where my salespeople are making mistakes during calls and what the biggest objections are during sales calls, it would greatly help me improve my sales.
