The affiliate sessions are in the middle of the US day, if this was in the late afternoon it would cross over more into international affiliate geographies.

Out of experience and having clients around the world, (I am based in New Zealand), 8am my time is 9pm in the UK and mid day / afternoon in the US. This does accommodate most time zones. When I did group coaching that worked well. I did however do two weekly calls: one evening time NZ time so the UK people also got a morning in and one NZ morning time. It is a trick to accomodate all time zones in one meeting time.
