Set one-time commission on recurring products

We'd like to be able to set a one-time commission on recurring products (as a flat rate or percentage of first payment), and to be able to limit commissions for a set number of recurring payments. Example, it's a recurring product but we only pay commission on the first six charges.

One-time affiliate payouts on recurring payments

Hi, I offer a one-time 20% commission for people who share their link and the buyer signs up to a monthly subscription. But I want the payment to be one-time, not recurring, on a recurring subscription. Please can you add this as a feature.

Allow Manual Sales and Commissions to optionally be recurring

We just got the ability to add manual sales/commissions but only on a one-time basis.
We have some sales that are not properly tied to the monthly recurring plan (technical issues, trying to work it out with GHL support) and we have to manually add those each month.
Please add the ability to add them one time and choose recurring so they get added each month automatically.

Is there an update on this one?

This is basically what I am looking for too, but slightly different. I want to be able to incentivize affiliates that refer my agency. So, I would offer them the first 3 (or however many) new clients they sign up a one time commission of X%, then I would offer that every client they sign up after that would give them a recurring commission. I also like Jakin Harper's request to put a limit on that. So, in 2 years your residuals shut off for that client. Like he said, that would make it so much more attractive for a potential buyer interested in purchasing your agency business.

I'd be happy to limit affiliate commissions to a set number of occurrences. That lets the payouts for let's say a 1 year subscription payout over x number of months, which minimizes paying out commission on something that gets cancelled, and also allows us to pay out commission say for a year or two, and then stop commissions.

I would like this, too!
A potential workaround (until they get around to it):
- Create an identical product/funnel/campaign/etc.
- Modify the duplicates to be "first month free w/ setup fee"
- Then change the new affiliate campaign to be a percentage of the setup fee.
DONE :D
Hopefully that works for your use case.

We'd like to have a larger one-time payout, and then a lesser recurring monthly payment.
