Support is terrible; Platform has constant glitches where services that are supposed to be available are not; launch services that are not ready to be productized; no sense of product management discipline, very disappointing to have hitched my wagon for growth to these guys. I have 4 separate, open "escalated" tickets on what should be easy answers.

Yep, I have not had a single positive experience in the past few months. They are terrible, and they are about to lose me!!!!!!!

Yes, I just switched to GHL and I've been shocked how bad the chat and email support is. Chat doesn't help they seem to just want to create a ticket and then it takes a week or more for them to respond at all and then they don't really actually read or thoroughly respond to what you are asking with any detail. Other CRMs I've used have been SOOOO much better at email/chat support. Their success calls are great...not sure why the more technical support is so bad.
