General Affiliate Cookie?

Is it possible to have a general affiliate campaign link/cookie.
Where if someone uses an affiliate link to get to a site, any product bought on that site from the visitor would be attributed to the affiliate link that got them there in the first place.

I believe this is implemented as of now. You just don't add any products at all--and then all are tracked. Right?
