Affiliate Campaign Setting: first-touch / last touch attribution

As of now, attribution settings in workflows only handle the page view (Cookies). If a contacts not only visits a page, but also submits a form twice over different affiliate links, he will show up as lead at both affiliate's dashboards and both will get rewarded. This is incorrect. Scenario: A person registers for a free webinar over affiliate A but doesn't purchase yet. Half a year later he sees another webinar invitation (from a different affiliate), registers and will buy the comany's services. Only one affiliate should get the reward, either the first or the second, which we need to be able to set. If also would be nice to be able to set after which amount of time an affiliate 'looses' his lead, so despite first-touch attribution a new affiliate can make his comission after let's say 6 months.
