Custom Pay Out Dates

It would be awesome if the payout dates could be customised. For example, we pay our affiliates between the 1st and 3rd of each month (weekend dependent). However, the campaign settings say 29th of the month. This creates confusion with our affiliates.
To be able to edit the payout date for the campaign would be great.

We want to pay affiliates quarterly, and there are only 3 pre-set payout options. Having the ability to use our own payout terms would be super helpful.

+1 on this, I have clients who need to set their own affiliate payout terms that are different from the 3 options we currently have
