Current setup: Tier 1 affiliate makes 20%, Tier 2 makes 5%. Total is 25% of the sale. If Tier 1 makes a sale they only make 20%.

Desired setup: If Tier 1 affiliate makes the sale, they get the whole 25%, but if a Tier 2 affiliate makes the sale, it is split 20% and 5%.

I would like partners to be able to make the entire commission without NEEDING a Tier 2 sales rep.
