Add a toggle to exclude Processing Charges from affiliate commission

The problem: When Processing Charges are enabled, the credit-card fee added to a client's invoice becomes part of the invoice total — and Affiliate Manager calculates commission on that total. So we pay affiliates a percentage of a fee that exists purely to recover our processor cost. The surcharge stops breaking even.
Example: A $1,000 invoice with a 3% processing charge adds $30 to cover the ~$30 Stripe fee. With a 10% affiliate commission, the affiliate earns $3 of that $30 — so we recover only $27 of a $30 cost. We lose money on the exact line designed to make us whole. On recurring billing, that leak repeats every month and compounds across every affiliate and every client.
The ask: Add one option in Affiliate Manager campaign settings — "Exclude processing charges / credit-card fees from the commissionable amount." Opt-in. Nothing changes for agencies that don't surcharge or prefer current behavior.
Why it's obvious: A pass-through fee isn't revenue. Commission should be paid on what we actually earn — not on the cost of getting paid.
