Add a feature where all users could see all the contacts but only assigned user/s will see the conversation (view-only contacts)

Introduce a feature that lets everyone see who's in the contact list, but only lets the assigned user/s peek into the actual chats. This way, everyone knows who's around to chat with but doesn't crowd into conversations they're not part of. It's like having the guest list to the party without overhearing all the conversations – keeps things private where they need to be, but still lets you know who you can reach out to. Plus, it keeps the chat space tidy and makes sure only the right eyes see the right stuff. Kinda cool for keeping things both open and on the down-low, right?

I need to give my sales people/assistant access to contacts to follow up with tasks, read notes if assigned to them or work the calendar but I don't want them to read all of my conversations/emails/notes.
Possibly a better Conversation/eMail UI with hierarchy concept map could potentially fix this issue as the system could allow the following
Contact Owner: will sees everyone's conversation but no one will see theirs (for assigned or follower to see/read something they must be tagged and even then, they will ONLY see the thread they are tagged in, not the entire history)
Contact Assigned: will see their own and followers (anyone below them)
Contact Followers: Only their own conversations
