It would be nice to be able to have a document sent immediately in a workflow when someone is marked as "won" or when they receive a certain tag, etc. For example, our agency serves a lot of micro gyms and they want to be able to send their membership contract over to new members to sign as soon as they mark them as "won".

It would also be great to be able to trigger some internal notifications or tasks when a contract/document is completed.
