Form conditional logic for multi select field
complete

Jeremy P. Maher
There is the ability to use conditional logic on a form for many types of custom values, except for the one that is multi select.
I understand that that could be a little more confusing for users if there’s multiple options to decide the paths, but it should still provide the ability to do conditional logic.

Upgrade Show/Hide Conditional Logic on Forms

Currently the conditional logic that has been built into the forms feature has limited functionality. It can show/hide some specific fields but not all elements.
Specifically I would like to be able to show/hide:
- Text Fields
- Images
- Payment Widget
This would allow for much more dynamic forms.

Conditional logic doesn't work with Images if you have more than 1 image on a form or survey, because there is no Query Key attribute for Image elements.

Something that bothers me is that you can't use the conditional logic on the "agreement to receive marketing" checkbox. We should be able to have a minimalist form on the landing page with name, email and submit button, but as soon as both name and email have been entered, THEN the checkbox appears. This reduces perceived friction for opt-ins like lead magnets.

This one is a no brainer. I was actually really surprised to find out I couldn't do this. Can we please get this added?

Enable Conditional Logic for ALL Form Elements

Currently, it is only possible to use conditional logic for input fields. However, there are many cases where you may want a section heading that is only displayed above fields when a certain condition is met. Right now, there is no option to hide text and other elements.
It would also be great to be able to group fields, so an entire section can be hidden based on conditions.

Enable ALL custom field types as triggers for Forms Conditional Logic

Currently we are unable to use Checkbox custom fields as triggers for conditional logic in forms.
It works for Radio Button custom fields, so should be an easy fix - and I think seems to have been forgotten in the release.
I haven't checked all field types, but it would be worth ensuring that all types of fields and custom fields for contacts and opportunities are able to be used as triggers for conditional logic, in case any others slipped through the cracks.
This issue just cost me over an hour's work setting up fields, forms and workflow that will not work because of this limitation.
