Ability to Book 2 People to the Same Calendar Appointment

We need the ability to book two staff members to go to a single meeting location. We need to be able to enter a physical location in the location field that changes with each appointment and is modifiable at any given moment and updates automatcially to the scheduler as well as the two staff members in the field. The notes on the calendar booking will need to carry over from the GHL to outlook as we are an outlook based company.

Even if you pick classroom, it still does not allow our client to click and schedule a meeting directly in their calendar and invite more than one person at the same time.
Ex: In Real Estate, you want to invite both husband and wife ( or ex's) at the same time to a meeting or a property visit. How come we can't invite more than one contact at the same time and why can't we add more the one user at the same time. It's what everyone is used to do in other planning tools, and a reccurring questions/unsatifactions we get from our clients. Thanks in advance! :)

We do web design and weekly need to invite multiple client team members to discovery calls. We have been having to create a meeting with the lead, then go into Google Calendar and add extra people. This is so frustrating because we want to have all contacts in GHL and just add who we want to an appointment.
