Product Variants & Add Ons
planned
H
Homero Perez
We’d like to request the addition of product variants and optional add-ons in HighLevel order forms.
This is a fundamental feature for increasing AOV (Average Order Value) across many industries. Users should be able to click to select variants or extras and have them instantly added to the order/cart.
Examples:
• 🧢 A customer buys a shirt and adds a matching hat as an add-on.
• 🍔 In restaurants: someone orders a burger and selects tomato, cheese, or extra sauce.
This kind of dynamic upsell is essential in e-commerce and should be considered a core feature, not a workaround. It would open up many new use cases and directly help users increase their revenue.
We believe this should be prioritized and implemented as soon as possible.
Thank you!

📥Re-order Product Variants

Currently you can't re-order product variants, which means if you add a new variant it goes straight to the bottom of the list. This doesn't work if the variants have an order to them. They then appear out of order on the front end of the shop.
Can I request the ability to re-order product variants so that variants added later can be sequenced in the correct order.

Multiple Variant Selection for Single Product

We need the availability to select multiple variants for one product.
Use Case: My client has a body care line (lunarluxeskin.com) and offers a product (Package Fillers) which has multiple small bottles of a product. Currently, you can only select one variant, which is a scent in their case. However, many customers want to split the package fillers (25-100 bottles) into multiple scents. For example, if I ordered 75 body spray package fillers, I might want 25 of 3 different scents, or all 75 to be one scent.
To do this currently, you must add 2 other variant options, which then creates a "product" for each variant possibility, which created 343 variables you must now fill in the weight for. A product variant split like this just needs a note attached for the 3 scents they prefer, so that the store knows to split the package filler into the number of scents given.
Another feature that would help is allowing a "notes" section on the checkout screen so that customers can send a note with their purchase to the store. While customization of the checkout module is overdue, this is a band-aid for a bigger problem with products pertaining to e-commerce.

Options and Variants for Products at checkout

Would love the option to be able to add on items to a core product via a toggle.
For example:
If you are selling a skip bin. You are able to select a drop off date, pickup date, Additional extras; Asbestos removal etc.
All of which would allow dynamic pricing based on what people select.

Sales & Marketing any updates on this?

This would be GREAT to have and a must have for the bumped products option!
I have clients that need to upsell shirts however, it doesn't look appealing to have to display each variant as an individual item.
Instead, it would be nice if that product has a variant then if the bump is checked that the variants display for the user to select.

This has been planned for a while. When will this be done? Thank you!

Any news on this? Having the ability to custom food productos like:
Extra cheese $5,
Extra sauce $4
Etc $7
Will open GHL to take over the restaurant and food delivery market. Currently without this feature, its useless.

Luis Iga so basic. Ghl is amazing, but always fails in the small parts that make it all work.

Homero Perez totally agree. Once you integrate other tools in woocommerce it actually works better and I have more control. Going back to it.

Sales & Marketing Please also adapt a version of this for calendars. I made a workaround, but it's all manual. It doesn't reflect in the total. I have to charge it afterward.
