Ability to block phone number before being billed

Now that A2P 10DLC is a thing, more spam CALLS are coming now. Having the ability to BLOCK a phone number from calling back in to prevent a charge would be great.

We're having the same issue. Tons of spam. Please create this option to block certain phone numbers from calling and texting in.
