Imagine this!
Click on a Section.
Choose Section animation. For example, fade left.
Then add for example 0.1 sec delay from page load, 0.3 sec delay between each element and start from top.
Now, we have a full section animated in sync.

Exactly, clickfunnels has this and it's perfect for timing when offer assets are shown. That way it could be just a video til the offer is made 20 minutes into the video, and then the elements appear via animation...
