I am looking for a "call through carrier" feature/option to be added to the outbound dialer. This would allow outbound calls to be made with our GHL numbers even when data & wifi signals are poor.
When placing an outbound call with this option engaged, rather than connecting the call through data/wifi via the GHL app, there would be an option for the GHL system to call my cell phone via the carrier and then dial the end user that way (almost like a 3 way call).
This functionality is already essentially in place with the Auto-Calls within the workflows, so I would hope it would be an easy addition.
Several phone systems I have used in the past had this feature (RingCentral, Google Voice, 8x8) and I used it multiple times daily.
I have great call quality when I receive inbound calls (because they forward via my carrier) but when I have to make outbound calls, I'm forced to call from my personal cell number because I can't call them back via my carrier (which completely eliminates the advantage of the GHL number).
Please, please, please add this feature...
