Currently, the From Name and the From Email automatically populates with the user’s email that they use to login. This causes email deliverability issues if the user’s email domain is not the same as the sending domain.
EXAMPLE/USE CASE:
Most businesses don’t provide a company email to other companies they have contracted with to perform a task, so the contractor uses their own email to login to the CRM. Example VAs who log into various client’s CRMs, outsourced sales teams, etc. They will have their own email address from another company and if they send an email and don’t remove their email every time, it will go to spam.
The user’s profile should have settings. Options -
SOLUTIONS:
  1. Have a setting in the user’s profile to that will be the default FROM EMAIL that will override the user’s login email
  2. Remove it from automatically populating
  3. Provide the option to tick a box to default to first name+sendingdomain. com
