Add an Option for Round Robin Calendar to use the same Assigned User for calendar appointment

There is a major business flaw in the Round Robin Calendar.
Currently, if a contact is assigned to a user, the round robin will do a round robin to all the users and will not book the appointment to the assigned user. It will round-robin the appointment and not change the assigned user.
What happens here is if there's a salesperson (user) assigned to a contact. When the contact goes to the Round Robin Calendar, they can be scheduled with another salesperson (user).
There needs to be an option in the Round Robin Calendar that if a contact is already assigned to the user, then schedule the appointment with the assigned user.

It would be nice if Round Robin Calendar can use the same assigned user, and it would be great if when this feature is implemented it is done in a way that Users could also have a user specific url to the Round Robin calendar.
The Round Robin calendar's URL could be augmented with a parameter like "?user=specific-user".
This way if a sales person makes initial contact with a new lead that is no in the CRM or say the user has been in contact with a lead via chat, the sales person can share their specific link to the round Robin calendar that will ensure the lead gets on that specific sales persons' calendar.
I know individual calendars for each sales person could be created, but, as mentioned by others, for large teams and teams with high turnover that is problematic. Less calendars are always going to be easier to manage.

until now I created 55 calendars and each agent have 5 Calendars
each agent will have a group dedicated to him just cause we don't have this feature .

It's impossible for me to create three calendars for each user.
Every month, we have new users, with at least nine in a bad month, which would require me to create 27 calendars, along with numerous workflows and if/else conditions.
This project has become extremely challenging due to this issue.

It would be great if when a prospect reschedules an apppointment, the user would remain the same, as you can set in Calendly for example.
This should be set as an additional setting, to let the possibility to decide if you want to force availability to a specific user or to let the round robin decide who will be the user.

Can we implement a feature where if someone is assigned to a team member on a Round Robin calendar, the next time they book, even on another Round Robin calendar, they will only be shown the availability of the assigned team member to book with?

If an inbound lead is immediately assigned when entering the CRM and you want the lead to stay with that originally assigned user, we need an option where the calendar being shown to the lead ONLY shows the ASSIGNED users availability, not ALL of the users on the calendar! If the originally assigned user has a multi-hour or multi-day convo with the inbound lead they were assigned to and automations eventually show a booking calendar to that lead at some point, it should only show that specific user’s availability in order to keep things together and streamlined with lead and user A. With current calendar limitations/settings if the currently assigned user didn’t have availability it would then offer them a different user’s availability and allow them to book an appointment. This is all bad due to the conversation starting with user A and now having a break in the sequence where user B enters and tries to pick up where they left off for the appointment, all because user A wasn’t initially available. In this case user A is “punished” and loses the opportunity to close the lead to another user with availability after already previously working the lead. If user B is the new APPOINTMENT OWNER while user A is still the CONTACT owner in this case, then user A will be getting all of the notifications that were set up in automations for the CONTACT while the APPOINTMENT OWNER would not….all while user A is completely blind and disconnected from the appointment itself. As you can see, switching the CONTACT OWNER at the calendar level creates a disconnect and creates the need for the new APPOINTMENT OWNER (user B) to potentially utilize notes and refer to call recordings. Lead’s in my business want to deal with the original person they speak with upon entering the system. If this lead enters the funnel and completes a survey which enters them into the CRM where they’re immediately assigned, the next step in the funnel (the scheduling page) should only be showing that assigned users availability….even at the cost of having no availability at all. This currently is not an option, we’re either forced to re-assign the contact or separate a contact and an appointment owner which creates a disconnect in workflow notifications that are tied to the assigned user and contact.

A lot of people use sales teams with multiple users. What I'm looking for is this: Today, our lead books a call with John.
He has his call, needs to think about it, and comes back to my website/round robin calendar a week later. How can I FORCE that lead to book with John instead of being randomly assigned to someone new?
It would be HUGE if the round robin calendar would only show John's availability after John has been assigned as a user.
