Right now in notifications I can have GHL notify me when a new Facebook or Google review is placed, although useful it would be great if we could have a workflow trigger for "New Facebook Review" and "New Google Review". This should also allow us to map the review number of stars and content so that we can pass that to actions in the workflow (like a webhook, etc). This will be very useful to allow us to take action on incoming reviews.

With the ability to take the "Star Rating," "Name," and "Review Text" as inputs into other workflow actions, and then be able to respond to the review in the workflows as well.

This has been in planning for way too long. This would allow incredible freedom to offer review management. Please add an action that allows a workflow to post the reply to the review so we can freely use the GPT modules.

Zach Hall Hey, I can't figure out how to do this since contacts are updated based on phone and email. Can I ask how you push this information back to the correct contact?
