Email Stats Reporting

Looking for High Level to implement a report showing the email stats in the reporting area. Would like it to show delivery rate, open rate, click through rate, response rate, etc. We have had numerous requests for this. At the very least, can you provide an option in campaigns to export the stat data? We can't do anything with it currently and have to manually copy it over to excel to provide a report. Thanks!

It would be awesome to have stats like X# campaigns delivered by range of time: opens, clicks, triggers, bounced, unsubscribed, since emailing is a one of the greatest channels to accomplish business goals. It can also be for specific campaigns.

Adding email delivery times, open times, and click times on the same report would be great as well. Along with being able to add other field columns for example, phone number to the report.

Very imperative that emails statistics include workflow emails...we barely use campaigns. Only workflows.

We have 2-3 users ask about being able to see email stats at a glance for each individual workflow. Right now it's really tedious to have to go through each email one by one, if the emails were sent more than 30 days ago from the workflow.

Please include revenue generated per email in workflows. This will give an idea about how our emails in abandoned cart or upsell workflows are effective, which ones are the most effective. So far I have no idea...

Being able to differentiate between which links were clicked and not just lumping them all together is also a metric that is missing. If there are 2 links in the email we need to know which of those 2 links were clicked and how many times each was clicked.

This should include avoiding the system counting auto replies in the statistics as replied (and not adding them into Conversations). It throws things off for reporting, when the system is not configured to detect an "auto reply" response versus a regular human generated message - and it generates annoying work in Conversations.
