We need to be able to enable/disable specific features for subaccounts (like in SaaS-Configurator)...

1) ...when manually creating subaccounts, not only after one was purchased through SaaS-Mode...

2) ...and edit these features after a subaccount has been created...

3) ...without needing to purchase the Pro Plan (SaaS-Mode).
