In addition to the option of having a notification when a membership comment is made, it would be wonderful to have the option to reply to the comment within "conversations" vs having to log into membership site comment area.
Another consideration is the option to mark the comment/reply public without having to log into membership site as well.
Meaning whatever we can do via the mobile app / triggers within workflows on the go would be beneficial to expedite the responsiveness to clients.

Totally agree! I am currently in membership comment hell -- having to go in and refresh the Comments Management page and then scroll continuously (clicking View More every 5 comments) to find the most recent comments -- only to see if there are new comments posted.

The updated comments UI is better... but... Certainly having a workflow that sends a notification would be great. What would also be great is a much better comments manager within Memberships. E.g. Ability to have an inbox or filter by comments I haven't replied to or seen yet; Better threading of comments (indenting of replies) in the manage comments view within a specific category.
