It would be great if customers could purchase and receive download links to multiple digital products at once via the online shop. Currently, all orders must be manually fulfilled. This makes sense for physical products, but not for digital ones.

We workexclusively in digial products, so we can't use the eCommerce functionality until we have a simple way to deliver digital products, without having to create a separate email/workflow for every product.
Would also need to allow for purchasing multiple products in a cart, and sending them out in 1 email.

BIG upvote! It's annoying to have to create a workflow just to deliver a single digital product. (Not to mention having to manually fulfill orders)

There used to be an option to attach digital products like ebooks, templates, etc but it's no longer there. I hope GHL level brings it back.

Couldn’t your create products, then link an automation that emails download links when product is sold?

Thibault Weber: only for singular products. Unless I'm missing something or this is possible with more advanced automation, the system can't do this for a store with multiple digital products.

Yes - You can do this by creating a workflow that says when an order form for "XYZ' is submitted, send this email ... and then just have the links and/or attachments of the product that's been purchased.

Tiffany Lopez: This only works if you sell products individually. If you want to set up an online shop and sell multiple digital products, there seems to be no way to send download links to all ordered products automatically, unfortunately.

you can already do that with a workflow. but I think you mean attach a file to the product so once sold it's automatically sends.
