I'd like to see a normal REPLY TO option when emailing from conversations, AND from automation workflows.
Right now in conversations I can quasi reply, but it doesn't auto fill the subject line from what I'm replying to, and it doesn't have the body of the message I'm replying to.
This also goes the same for responding back to email from an automated workflow. There's absolutely zero option to find what the subject was from the GUI, or even the API.
TL-DR; Need an actual REPLY-TO email option that works.

Yes. In workflows it would be nice to set the reply to email address. We use a third party ticket system and it goes to the right department via the reply to email address

Please include this!

Please make this a priority. You have Read and Write access to our emails and can just have the REPLY TO Field be our own emails instead of the tracking email, so that the ret of this stuff will be easier.

+1 on this. This is a table stakes feature that should be included

This post from HL will probably help a few of the problem cases listed in this post. https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/48000979925-masking-sender-emails-from-name-address

This is essential for us. Especially with sync enabled for most clients, it is impossible to explain why we can't just have the same reply to as sender.

At the very least as Phase 1 of this fix, it would be great to have the option to change the default 'reply to' email address on a user level, instead of just having the option to change it globally for every user.
Then have it added as a field within email campaigns so we can control the 'reply to' address in automations.
Then as Phase 2, roll out the ability to change it when emailing from conversations.

Can't believe this doesn't exist right now

Would be good to also add an ability to CC & BCC when replying to an existing thread.
Currently there's no option to do so, and we had several of my clients need to CC/BCC several decision makers in the emails & I have to tell them to do it manually in Gmail since GHL doesn't support this.
It's frustrating
