Would love a tab on the client management side where we can upload training scripts, Sops, Procedures, so they can easily toggle back and forth when scheduling calls, making calls, following up, etc.
This would be extremely helpful. I'd like to have an SOP for a lot of different things to document the official/correct way to do things. Our own internal best practices.
This feature would negate the need for Business Process Management software.

The ability to add webtabs and iframe anything would be awesome. Other use cases could be adding a tab for billing. We use Zoho Subscriptions and would be nice to embed our customer portal link so our customers can easily go to our billing page from inside HL. Even if they have to log in again, that would be fine but would allow us to use any service or add literally anything.
how about white-labeled sops for using ghl? kind of like cf has all of those walkthrough docs and other big tech companies
