Calendar Global Availability Awareness Across ALL Google Calendars

Currently, GHL appointment calendar only has visibility within ITSELF to determine if a time is available or blocked. This can sometimes lead to schedule headaches if the user has OTHER google calendars- like Personal, etc- which conflict.

Yes, I'm also using Acuity. I like how it integrates with Zoom to create a Zoom meeting, although there ARE zapier methods of doing the same with GHL. (Trouble there is rescheduling, which leaves orphaned Zoomed meetings). Anyway, the MAIN reason I'm still with Acuity is this cross-calendar availability awareness.

Same Same. With Scheduleonce, I have a main booking calendar that it uses. But I can reference other calendars (other biz, family... national holidays) that it will pull and overlay busy info. Im wary to use Zapier to sync all my calendar appointments across all my calendars, because that is problematic occasionally. While not frequent, the pain level is super high when it happens.

It would also be nice if the calendar just improved altogether. Having clean urls (like calendar.highlevel.com/appt1) is a great feature in Acuity. Syncing across multiple calendars to avoid personal/business conflicts is great. Grouping Appointment Types within different Calendars is awesome. Basically....mirror Acuity ;-)

Yes 100%. I'm forced to use Acuity because of this very problem at the moment.
