I would like to be able to activate Cash on delivery as a payment method, and to be able to offer it together with other gateways such as paypal or stripe. It would be a great option for selling physical products

Currently, a brick-and-mortar business that would like to have customers order online cannot use the existing e-commerce functionality while still offering their customers the ability to pay when they pick up their products. I'd love to see the option to activate a local payment and pickup option so the order can still be processed in advance, but can be paid for at pickup. This feature could also have a date field for pickup.
