Something I think would be a great idea is adding filters to the conversations tab. Sometimes we need to search for certain tags or certain dates. There's not a filter to do that and I believe it would be very beneficial. Let me know if that is something that could be considered.

Conversation inbox can get very hard to navigate (getting better all the time tho!)

I think the title explains it, but basically idea is to be able to show only conversations with contacts that do (or don't) have specific tags. This layered on top of other existing (and future) options like unread, reply channel, etc.

Just one of many use cases - When customers buy a specific product would be nice to only see those buyers in conversations to help them, specifically during a launch. That way we can take care of customers first and they don't get lost amongst thousands of other messages.

We need to be able to filter by "Followers". The ability to have more than one person following a contact is great, but we need to be able to filter by that otherwise it is useless in our case.

The conversation tab is great & we use it to communicate with customers everyday. We also tag customers depending on their stage in the buying cycle/sales process. It would BE AMAZING if there was a filter option to filter conversations by 'TAG'. This would save us literally HOURS of time!
