I love the potential of Go High Level—especially as an all-in-one platform. But coming from a WordPress/Divi background, I’m constantly frustrated by how poorly multi-column content aligns in the page builder. 🚨 The Core Issue When using rows with multiple columns, any difference in content height between columns causes misaligned bottoms. This throws off visual balance, especially on landing pages where layout polish matters. It ends up looking unprofessional—and for marketing or conversion-focused pages, that’s a deal-breaker. 🔁 The Pattern Every time I adjust the text, I have to fix the alignment again manually. I’ve worked with GHL support multiple times to “patch” the layout, but as soon as content changes, it breaks again. That’s not sustainable. It makes the builder feel unstable and unreliable for professional use. 🧱 This Isn’t a Preference—It’s Table Stakes Virtually every major page builder (Divi, Elementor, Webflow, etc.) has native equal-height column controls. This isn’t a fancy feature. It’s a baseline UX expectation. ✅ Proposed Solution Add native equal-height column support using Flexbox or CSS Grid. Include a simple toggle in Row or Column Settings (e.g., “Match Column Heights”). Ensure it’s responsive, so columns still stack correctly on mobile. 💡 Why It Matters Saves users from hacky CSS workarounds. Prevents sloppy layouts that damage brand trust. Reduces strain on your support team (who have to fix what should be standardized manually). GHL has the bones to be a complete website solution. But until this is fixed, it still feels like a half-step for serious designers. 🖼️ Visual Proof Image 1: GHL — uneven column bottoms. Hard to read. Looks broken. Image 2: WordPress/Divi — same content, aligned columns, clean flow, client-ready. No amount of padding/margin fiddling fixes the GHL version. It needs structural alignment. Thanks for considering it. This fix would make GHL feel less like a workaround and more like a professional-grade site builder.

Every time I create a new page it is at the end of the backend site map. I have pages that I'd like to arrange near each other for easier backend navigating. Can the pages have a sort function or manual drag and drop to rearrange on the backend?

Add gradients to the color module. All for transparency and make it available wherever the colors can be selected. Add shapes dividers to sections. These would break up the blocky look of just rectangles for each section. Improve the image library. Add icons as a library and invest in better images. Consider adding Getty and Icons8 libraries for images and video. I know GHL is working hard to deliver a web builder like Elementor or Divi, but it's taking really long. However, if you add these simple improvements, the quality of what you can build with the HighLevel web builder would dramatically increase.

On Mobile I am continually having poor page speed due to FCP - First Contentful Paint & LCP - Largest Contentful Paint issues. When looking at the images in these blocks they have been set to Lazy Load. On this web.dev page - https://web.dev/articles/optimize-lcp?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr#lcp-breakdown it mentions "Warning: Never lazy-load your LCP image, as that will always lead to unnecessary resource load delay, and will have a negative impact on LCP." It would be good to have a fetchpriority="high" for hero and images that are high on pages.

Add "Flag icons" to Website > Add Element with a number of the flags. I suggest at minimum the flags that you have languages for in the voice AI. I wanted to show the languages I could handle on my website with the voice AI.

The Blog Customization on the Element inside websites. Its just 3 square blocks with very limited customizations. Looks horrible on my website. The actual blog site and blog post customizations is great- need something similar

Make it easy (one button), to have right left images in place for mobile and desktop. Currently we need to add code or have 2 diffrent designs, one for mobile and other desktop in order to have this layout in mobile. Text Image Text Image Rhis would be so much time saving

Having a lot of the plugins that are on: https://www.commoninja.com/ It would enable your website editor to compete with many other software solutions that specialize in website building. The problem with using Common Ninja and sites like it is that native code loads more slowly and causes layout shifts. If these elements were native, it would add so much flexibility to the Website builder

I think it would be a great improvement if you added an extra option in this list to include a button styled menu item.

All in GHL is great! Thank you for your hard work. But there are places that needs polishing in order to be THE greatest all-in-one system. Color Picker is all over the place. One in communities, different in brand boards and two (if not three) different versions in the website builder itself. No place for master/global application of preferences. The Brand Boards is the perfect place for managing sets of colors, fonts, css modules that can be applied to a website/funnel/form/quiz with one click. The idea of that we have all the tools in one place is little diminished by the fact that there is no way to force a change that will apply to a whole business and all of its assets. The real struggle is that many of the things are time consuming to set up individually and piece by piece. And imagine when someone wants to change a font, or the color of their buttons. They have to go through every page in a website, funnel, form etc. and in some cases, every element on these places to make such small, but brand identity shifting, change. Even the Quiz builder. Good tool. But when I create a new page/section in a Quiz, I have to manually change each setting for each page. I can't apply set of styles to the whole Quiz in one place. Every page is in it's own world of settings. These things are time consuming and annoying. The system has all the tools, but it's still not optimized to ease our work. I hope there is someone in your team that is seeing these individual things and sees the big picture how all is related, but not really connected. And you just have to pay more attention to this person and let them help you see and polish the system. The mentioned enhancements above are just few of the things I have in my list that I gather for a year now and try to show them to you in different ways.
