Attached is an example from "tags" which have an "is not" filter you can specify to exclude people with a certain tag. I need this option available for Pipeline stages so I can send broadcasts effectively. The work around is going to be unscaleable at higher contact numbers or require a massive automation to manually apply and remove tags each time a user changes pipeline stages.
