We need to be able to customize the calendar to allow clients to add dynamic details for their staff to easily see details for an upcoming appointment within the weekly or monthly views.
For example, our client, a fence estimator/installer, needs his staff to quickly see the key details which are entered as custom opportunity values when they first collect the lead data. This data should be able to be selected and viewed in the calendar details, the same as the system's default contact fields. Currently, we are only allowed to select system default contact fields. This NEEDS to be updated to allow us to choose, ALL fields within the account - Contact Fields (both system & custom) and Opportunity Fields (both system & custom).
